Controllable Pitch Propeller System (Cpp)

CPP propulsion system is one of the most modern and high-tech systems. The main technology utilized in this system is manufacturing shaft with a length of up to 10 meters, casting and machining a nickel bronze propeller and a mechanism for changing the propeller pitch. All these activities are done by experts and managers of Marine Industrial Organization that have emerged in a collaborative network of universities, knowledge-based organizations and Iranian companies prior to purchasing them from foreign countries. The blade of CPP system is controlled by a hydraulic power pack system through the OD-Box which is located in front of the gearbox. The oil pressure through the oil pipes which are embedded in the shafts, move the piston in the hub.
